Beyond the drama surrounding the Uniswap fork, I think it's a great hint at how much progress was made since 2017 when it comes to online coordination practices.

What you said about what’s needed to succeed on the 2020+ internet was very insightful but I have a little issue with the social infrastructure parts, especially Discord
From what I’ve seen until now, most of my potential community members never used it and I’m afraid it becomes an obstacle to the growth of the project.. Do you think it’s a necessity? Or as long as we have a similar tool directly built in the project, it could be okay?
